In another, much quieter, forum, I have been reading some people's ideas of who may be in our next finals team.

The idea is to pick a team now based on how you think players will go in the intervening period. Some current regulars may become marginal selections if others develop as hoped.

We obviously don't know who we will be playing against.

    For example:

    F: Elton Riewoldt Nahas
    HF: Edwards Martin Vickery
    C: Conca Cotch Jackson
    HB: Houli Post Batchelor
    B: Grimes Rance Newman
    R: Mullet Lids Foley
    I: Ellis Dea Connors
    Sub: Webberley

Based on who could be up there at the end and assuming that some of the older players get squeezed out.

Anything can happen as we all know. One scenario could have Miller having a break-out year even though everyone thought he was getting to the end. That would rattle a few cages.

I reckon we're a genuine full back and a few drafts away.

Browne, Derrickx, Griffiths, Astbury. Nice ruck/KPP depth.

Next final would have to be a semi. If we don't, in your opinion, make the finals this year then it may have to be group that reflects another year's development and retirements.
